They do something new almost everyday. This week one day was show and tell. We practiced leading up to it and I am so glad we did. I think it is one of my favorite Carter memories. I think about it at random times and it makes me get the biggest smile. We taught him to say his name, tell that he went to Disneyland this summer, and show a pictures of Mickey Mouse, Pooh Bear, and Lightening McQueen. I videoed it, but it doesn't do it justice. When he gets to the picture part he has to put it right in your face. One day he will be a dynamic speaker like his Papa. He didn't do it quite like we practiced when he was in front of his class, but he did tell who was in all his pictures and then pass them around.
At home he has started saying things that have to come from pre-school. He sings a song before we eat snack, we played sleeping on the floor one day and he kept telling me it was quiet time, randomly he will say "Stop what you are doing and clean up." It makes us laugh and at least we know he is listening!
Lots of art work coming home too, which is fun. I need to figure out what to do with it all? I think Pinterest can help me with that!
