I've applied for him to enter the lottery for a Spanish immersion school. We will see what happens. He has to pass a test and be picked out of a bunch of other kids. We don't find out until March. I don't even know if I want to say fingers crossed. As a teacher I know all the plus sides of learning a language at a young age and how great it is for brain development, but on the flip side it can be stressful for the first few years. After stressing about it for longer than I want to admit, I'm just going to see what happens. If he gets in, it was meant to be.
He is pretty cute wandering around in uniform.
1st attempt at a school picture. We did re-takes.
2nd attempt was much better. He looks so much older from the first picture to the second picture:( Just a matter of weeks.
Mustache day at school. He picked the Pistol Pete stash to sport.
Crazy eyes
Ok I saved the best for last and second to last. At the start of school when I dropped Carter off he would wave to me the entire time he would walk towards the building. It might be my all time favorite video because he is being so sweet and it always makes me smile.
Are you ready for this? Carter's class picture...find him and try not to laugh.
I mean no one is going to forget Carter:)
