A lot of people already know this, but it is with mixed emotions that Carter and I are headed back to Oklahoma. I'm excited to be back with friends and family...and help. Sad to be leaving Colorado, really sad. Mixed emotions, mixed emotions! Very confident in my decision and already have lots of trips planned back to visit and connect with this great state we have called home for the last 7 years. Carter will always be "Colorado Native." Not sure of an exact departure date. Trying to plan around selling my house and our very full summer plans. It will either be the first of July or the 3rd week in July. I have two weeks in July I can't move so trying to work that in with when my house sells is a little difficult to plan around.
I did get a job at Edison Preparatory. Niles hasn't stuck me with lightening yet so I'm calling it a good thing. I say that bc we have had some debate over the greatness of Carver and Booker T vs the greatness of Edison. Guess I'm going to find out:)
Send us good thoughts and prayers bc these next 6 weeks are going to be a little crazy and stressful.
