Christmas Part One: Tulsa

We left early Christmas Eve morning to head to Denver to catch a flight to Tulsa!  On the way to the airport we stopped and visited Santa.  Carter did not have any interest in him whatsoever.  Oh well, maybe next year.

We landed and immediately went to the first round of Christmas!  Nile's Grandpa moved in with Johnny and Terry this year it was at their house for the first time.

These are the kids calling for Bow Betty.  She is a Walker family tradition.  She lives under a stump and visits on Christmas.  She hides under a bed and gives candy.  I thought the kids would be scared, but they were not.

 Johnny was really Bow Betty...Shh

That is her dress and the candy
 Owen and Carter
 Carter and Elizabeth
Carter loved jumping from this ottoman into Tammy, Matt, or Drew's lap.

We woke up bright and early for Christmas Morning!  Carter didn't really know what was going on other than there were snacks that he wanted in this sock on the floor:)  Santa brought him a vet kit.  He can give you a shot and listen to your heart like his daddy!
This is me attempting to get Carter to take a Christmas morning picture, I look weird

The Phillips came over and we opened gifts with both boys.  Owen definitely knew what Christmas and presents were.  I loved seeing his excitement and can't wait until we have two impatient boys.

These boys played and played:)  Carter calls Owen "Owie."

Lots of gifts to open

Carter was good at collecting wrapping paper

 Helping Gegaw
Quacking pens from Aunt June and Uncle Lary, they were a hit!
 Lots of people needed help
They loved rolling around in this chair

A few more days in Tulsa
Cooking Pooh Bear and Cars pancakes

We have to stop this habit!  Dixie loved it.

This picture was only the second attempt!  Everyone is looking!  Amazing!
We took the boys to Rhema Bible college to see the lights.  They were amazing.  I only had my phone so the pics are terrible, but you can get the point.

They loved this tunnel of lights.

Jagger and Carter, two blonde headed boys!
 Claire, Dalton, Kenlie, and Carter
Carter was very busy on the phone.  Claire is smiling at her mommy dancing and all the other kids are like what is wrong with that lady:)  Love ya ME!

Round Two to come.  I took hundreds of pics.  This seems like a lot, but it is just a sampling!

Blog Makeover!

I try to keep the blog pretty gender neutral.  When looking through backgrounds I always gaze at the super girly ones and wish...Well I decided that this month was my birthday and I would make the blog super girly as a gift to me!

The flower is a pic I took last year from a birthday gift from Niles.

Happy January and Pink Power!
